Pinnacle Real Estate Management, LLC has operated for over fifteen years in and around the Myrtle Beach area(s).   All told, I have personally worked in the community association management field for over twenty-five years.

 

Some of the most challenging aspects of property management are the unexpected emergency situations which can lead to chaos, frustration and costly physical damage to the facilities.    Over the years, we have worked with several casualty loss and restoration companies.    Generally, we found our experiences with those companies to be “hit or miss” as far as the professionalism and expertise with which they handled the projects.       It always seemed that I found myself stepping in to coordinate and guide these “experts” through their work, straightening out their errors and dealing with upset owners who were not properly serviced.

 

Fortunately, we eventually called on Full Steam Ahead (immediately after a major fire at one of our properties).     Before the fire was out, they were on site, communicating with the fire department representatives, coordinating with the insurance adjusters and immediately taking steps to prevent further damage.    They had a plan in place which they orchestrated to perfection.   Full Steam Ahead worked with the individual homeowners in a very professional, yet personable manner.     They also kept us apprised of the progression of the work.    The restoration was prompt, the insurance company was kept in the loop, signing off on the stages of repair, and everyone walked away with nothing but compliments and satisfaction.

 

Needless to say, over the many years since that first encounter with Full Steam Ahead, we would never consider calling another company.     We have used Full Steam Ahead extensively for numerous water damage events (both minor and major).     Not only do they provide top of the line, quality work, but they do it with a wonderful attitude.
